How to make downtown Waterloo more user-friendly? TheWaterloo Centre Redevelopment Master Plan wascreated to answer this question .

The digital citizen consultation fed into this plan, and made it possible to reach a wider audience, so that each resident of Waterloocould contribute to the redevelopment of their downtown .
