A participatory budget to finance free software for local authorities
The Incubator of Territories of the ANCT has launched a participatory budget of 30 million euros as part of the France Relance plan to fund free and open source software.
The objective is to develop or accelerate around ten digital services that meet the needs of local authorities.
To this end, the ANCT has launched anational consultation with local authorities and groups of authorities to identify existing digital services and the needs to be supported.

With the support of a very competent project team from the Incubateur des Territoires, we assisted the team in the design of the approach and its different phases.
Once the approach was launched, we set up personalized weekly reports to monitor the evolution of participation on the platform.

How we have
deployed Decidim
In order to collect needs for digital solutions and existing solutions, the consultation platform of the National Agency for Territorial Cohesion uses 2 proposal modules. The comparator helps to avoid duplication and the supports allow toidentify the most popular needs.
